A. Lange & Söhne goes light with a new Odysseus in Titanium

A. Lange & Söhne has gone light. In 2019 they entered a new market segment with a new (for them) material. The Odysseus was presented as their first “sporty” elegant watch. In 2022, they have brought in a new (to them) material as well, titanium.

The new watch has a more subtle ice-blue dial and a dedicated dial structure of brass. This means that each Odysseus model of different material (steel, white gold or titanium) has a visibly different look besides just the color. The watch has titanium for both case and the very finely-finished bracelet, with the case being 50 grams lighter than that of the steel version. Specs are the same, water resistance to 120 meters thanks to the screw down crown. Two half-integrated push-pieces still adjust the outsize day and date. Diameter is 40.5 mm and is 11.1 mm thick.

The caseback is, of course, open so you can see the excellent finishing of the L155.1
movement.

The new watch is Ref. 363.117 and will be limited to 250 timepieces.
