Building on almost two centuries of watchmaking tradition, H. Moser & Cie. has launched its summer season with a bold and irreverent collaboration. Blending two seemingly contrasting universes, the manufacture has partnered with globally recognized sportswear brand UNDEFEATED to create a limited edition. Espousing a number of shared values, the two brands are resolutely minimalist in their aesthetic, with an eye for detail and a desire to constantly push boundaries. They make it a point of honour in their respective industries to surprise by subverting expectations and defying norms. Produced as a limited edition, the Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED is a sport-inspired model built around the themes of victory and virtue. It also gives a nod to the street culture brand’s mantra: “Play Dirty”. Its fluid lines are fortified by a bold design that spotlights minimalism and legibility. The Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED will be available online from June 22nd and in selected UNDEFEATED stores, as well as on the H. Moser & Cie. e-commerce platform.
AN ENCOUNTER WAITING TO HAPPEN
UNDEFEATED was founded in 2002 by James Bond and Eddie Cruz, opening its first curated apparel and sneaker boutique of its kind in Los Angeles, on the legendary La Brea Avenue. Now with 28 boutiques throughout the world, UNDEFEATED has since become one of the most influential brands of its generation. From its inception, UNDEFEATED has built one of the most iconic collaboration portfolios, partnering with artists and brands to create highly sought-after limited editions in fields as diverse as mainstream basketball and luxury cars.
The idea for the collaboration with H. Moser & Cie. came from Eric Cheng, one of UNDEFEATED’s co-owners and a keen fan and collector of H. Moser watches who contacted Edouard Meylan, CEO of H. Moser & Cie.
Eric explains: “With its unconventional approach and philosophy, H. Moser & Cie. is a sort of UNDEFEATED of the watch industry. Two of its key strengths are that it is bold and ahead of its time. It’s a very inspiring brand, which is why we decided to contact Edouard and his team.” The rest is history!
NEW ATTIRE FOR THE STREAMLINER
Displaying an exquisite fluidity in its geometric curves and dynamic forms, the Streamliner has become a model par excellence. For the first time, it features an anthracite grey DLC coating on its cushion case and integrated bracelet links. “We used DLC on this model at the request of UNDEFEATED. Eric Cheng wanted a watch with a bold, strong character and a certain vitality, and which would slowly develop a patina over time,” reveals Edouard. This bespoke outfit is paired with a Black Tiger Camo fumé dial. This motif – a favourite of UNDEFEATED – is engraved on the dial then given several coats of lacquer to create the colour. The finish is then applied to the lacquer to obtain H. Moser & Cie.’s signature fumé effect. In Haute Horlogerie, it’s the details that really make the difference. In creating the Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED, H. Moser & Cie. has married perfect proportions, fluid forms and high-end finishes. As with all models in the Streamliner collection, this chronograph has perfectly rounded curves, evoking the very first high-speed trains from the Twenties and Thirties whose name it adopts. Around the edge of the dial, the grey outer minute track measures the seconds, while the inner minute track – also in grey – counts the minutes. At 12 o’clock, the black rhodium-plated steel UNDEFEATED logo provides the perfect counterpoint to the three applique numerals. Just below this sits the H. Moser & Cie. signature in a discreet light grey. The hands that precisely measure the elapsed time have a thicker base and an extremely fine tip, like those found on the counters in a car or a measuring instrument. UNDEFEATED and the manufacture have chosen three-dimensional curved hands to indicate the hours and minutes, formed of two sections and featuring inserts made from anthracite grey Globolight®, an innovative ceramic-based material which contains Super-LumiNova®.
THE ULTIMATE PRECISION
As for the movement, the Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED is equipped with a calibre developed jointly by AGENHOR and H. Moser & Cie.’s teams. Despite its extremely sophisticated design, the movement is built around simplicity, legibility and minimalism, and features a practical and ergonomic central time display. Water-resistant to 12 ATM in passive and dynamic modes, the Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED is a beautifully understated and highly readable model.

Born from the merging of two apparently diametrically opposed universes, the Streamliner Chronograph UNDEFEATED has all the makings of an iconic piece. The limited edition of 76 pieces will be available from June 22nd from UNDEFEATED.com and from the H. Moser & Cie. e-commerce platform.
