Cartier Opens Its Flagship Boutique

Experience the world of Cartier in its new location.

Situated at the ground floor of Greenbelt 3, Cartier opens its doors to its newest flagship boutique. Formerly located at Greenbelt 4, this new shop has expanded more than double its size to 321 square meters. Not only does it give you the luxurious experience that only Cartier can offer, but it also infuses subtle touches of stylized Philippine accents. Cartier utilized the services of the Moinard Betaille agency who has worked with the Maison for over 20 years.

The Philippines is a tropical county with a lot of beaches and native products. The designer purposely chose tiles that resemble seashells to give emphasis to this. To further enhance this experience, the carpet design offers a subtle hint of waves that ripple towards the shore. The wave theme continues throughout the boutique, as lines curve all throughout the inner space.

To the left of the boutique is the men’s section, where the lighting fixture that illuminates the timepieces resembles that of bamboo. Towards the center of the space is the women’s section, where the ladies’ watches and jewelry is lit by a fixture that represents capiz. At the center of the back wall is the famous Panther collection display, accentuated by a work of art on the wall that shows a panther with sampaguita flowers on the corners.

At the rightmost section of the boutique is a special corner for weddings and engagement occasions. Its wall has a piece of art done in relief depicting one of the beaches in Palawan with two birds in flight in the middle of a courtship. The lounging area is right beside it, accentuated by a wall decorated with a native mattress (banig) that was skillfully executed.

French plaster artist Del Boca completed the backdrop in bas-relief technique with gold inserts taking inspiration from the Philippine islands.

Other sections of the boutique include displays of bags, perfume, and a new line of products that they call the Art of Living, which include decorative objects, scented candles, and towels.

The Cartier boutique in Greenbelt 3 is not just your run-of-the-mill shop. It is a complete experience that ingeniously combines the distinct Cartier DNA with Philippine culture and crafts that enhances the client’s immersion into the world of Cartier.
