BUSINESS MONTRES, the watch industry newsletter, has released the results of their poll on the leaders of the watch industry. Editor Gregory Pons has collated the thoughts of 75 key journalists from 22 different countries who gave their opinions on the best bosses in the watch field.

Business Montres is published in French. The results of the poll, in English, are as follows:

BEST MANAGER OF THE YEAR

  • Jean-Claude Biver of Hublot
  • 2nd place: Jérome Lambert of Jaeger-LeCoultre
  • 3rd place: Georges Kern of IWC
  • Jean-Cristophe Babin of TAG Heuer led the rest of the field

BEST COMMUNICATOR OF THE YEAR

  • Jean-Claude Biver of Hublot
  • 2nd place: Thierry Nataf of Zenith
  • 3rd place: a tie between Georges Kern of IWC and Jean-Christophe Babin of TAG Heuer
  • Nicolas Hayek of Breguet led the rest of the field

BEST INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR

  • François-Paul Journe of F.P. Journe
  • 2nd place: a tie between Jérôme Lambert of Jaeger-LeCoultre and Jean-Christophe Babin of TAG Heuer
  • 3rd place: a tie between Max Büsser of MB&F and Richard Mille of Richard Mille
  • David Zanetta of De Bethune led the rest of the field
